Create a List View for Leads and Add Pipeline Tab for what leads currently are.

It would be better if users could have a quick view of all of their own assigned leads under the leads tab. Just a simple table listing all of their leads with name, phone, email, and pipeline status.

It would also make more sense for the current leads view to be under a Pipeline tab. After all, you even call it Pipeline yourself according to the dropdown to the right of the leads page. So it makes no sense to have the tab be leads instead of Pipeline.
