You can move leads between stages but not between pipeline.

It is possible to move a lead between pipelines using workflows. To do this, you just need to create a stage on the pipeline that receives the leads that need to be moved. Then you will create a workflow for the lead update event. This workflow will check if the lead stage is equal to the stage that you defined to receive leads that need to be moved.
