Separate installation procedure from general info

Right now it is a bit too verbose. This is good for people who don't know, but boring for those who already know, and just want to go through the steps fast. Maybe we can do so that at the beginning of each section, we put the general info on the topic, and then the raw steps, without too much explanation.
