Subject: [PATCH] Update terms.html

You can ignore the PR (https://github.com/konradjk/exac_browser/pull/319) I just closed; it didn't take out the publishing restriction pre 2015. For simplicity, this new PR proposes both changes (preprint --> Nature) and removal of publishing restriction.
