Hello,

For baselineLD annots files I see two options available from broad-alkesgroup: baselineLD_v2.1_annot and baselineLD_v1.1_hg38_annots. I've also seen v2.2.

Could someone please clarify what the differences are between these versions? Is v1.1 for binary annotations only and v2.1 for continuous annotations only? What is v2.1 vs v2.2?
