Keybase GUI Version: 6.2.8-20240305123615+5381dd5b22

This problem has been reported before, not sure if the root cause is the same. Reinstall did not fix the issue.

I wonder, have you tried out a more recent version from https://prerelease.keybase.io/ ? You should get 6.3.0 there for most operating systems.

If you're on Windows, I'm afraid I never tested Keybase on Windows and I'm unable to suggest anything.

If you're on Linux or macOS, then at least you have the command-line utilities, and with those, you can try out if you can login "manually" using the keybase binary. Also, any errors that pop up might be able to give much better insights than the GUI. It's just an idea.

Issues got resolved after a couple of tries. I think it was a combination of completely removing/uninstall, fresh reinstall, restarting and at some point it worked. I will close the ticket.

Yay! I'm glad it worked for you! Sometimes, all you need is a bit of persistence... and lots of patience.
