FR: schedule existing new cards (and optionally review cards) for today

I have created a lot of cards from HSK lists. Where those vocabulary items are already present in the reading, I would like to move those cards to the front of the new card queue, so that I can learn those items without having to create new cards for them.

Possible further enhancement would be to reschedule some review cards (probably those whose due dates are closest to today) to instead come in the review queue for today. This can be done (the Anki UI has a feature to do this in the Browse window), but not as easy.
