Pikmin-Propagation v1.0

A version of the simulation code as used for a May 2024 demonstration of the project. This version of the simulation tool uses the "Pikmin Propagation" interpretation of the mechanics at play, as opposed to the revised interpretation, "Graph Traversal with Self Replicating Agents."
