[Bug] Owner cannot edit teams created by other users #214

As the owner of my organization I should be able to edit teams created by other users.

Katalon Studio Version: TestOps

Steps to Reproduce:

User creates a team
Owner delete that user
Owner cannot manage the team that was created

Expected behavior:
Owner should be able to edit/admin all functions
