This PR aligns waterdrop license with both karafka and karafka-web.
There are NO commercial/pro components but I want to align license under which OSS version is used to have all components under LGPL.
The commercial option is left for entities that for legal reasons cannot use LGPL.
There is NO plan to introduce any non-OSS components int WaterDrop at any time in the future.
