• Bump traefik to 3.3.2 #11694 - Traefik v3 will only be available >=1.32 due to magnitude of change
• Update to containerd v2.0 #11626 - Containerd 2.0 cannot be built alongside Kubernetes <1.31 due to missing CRI API features.
