New SDK version

This version uses the latest Logitech SDK and implements a few tweaks to colour display/keysaver (as well as a better default profile)

This program is only tested on UK keyboard - for other locales it may be necessary to edit the keymap.txt file and adjust the names, positions and scancodes of the keys to match your keyboard layout

Improved response time/threading and effects

I have made some fixes to the response time to key presses and to the speed of animations and also fixed a multi-threading condition that could cause the program to get stuck in a loop and no longer update keyboard
