Feat: Method to run outside of a Workbench session #25

I would like to run this on/against Package Manager (server headers check, license details, system versions/dependencies).

I suppose header checking would be done on Workbench still and merged with the results from running with Rscript on PPM.

Example features:

Workbench IDE> audit.ppm(url = "https://...../", save_rds = "ppm_1.rds")
list(
    server_headers
    version
    n_repos(? new)
)

PPM$ Rscript -e 'audit.ppm(save_rds = "ppm_2.rds")'
list(
    r_versions
    licence_status
    system_dependencies
)

R> audit.base::load("ppm_1.rds", "ppm_2.rds") # <-- not sure what exactly this does other than merging lists
