unable to define a keymap for CTRL key #1432

i am trying a very simple example reading documentation for version 1.7 winlOv2 to map the context menu key to behave as ctrl + F no success so far. My keyboard is american english but any of the possible names dont work. Tried lcrl, lctrl, ControlLeft (online tool event.code) but i always get the same error "unknown action [whatever command name i use for key]: all the rest of config works ok. Try using "lctl" for left control. If you want your ContextMenu alias to be control+f, the line could be: If you actually do want the "f" to be uppercase, try: |

It seems you haven't included the alias you created for
ContextMenu
in your deflayer.You included your other alias,
@tilde
, as you should, but you haven't included@ContextMenu
.Looking at your current configuration, I would guess you want your default deflayer to be something like this:
