Load config from public URL

I'm using kanata on multiple different systems (some of them are Linux, some Windows). Currently, I always need to take care of manually cloning my git repo with the config.kbd and I need to keep it up to date manually.
I wonder if it would be possible to implement a --config-url <PUBLIC_URL> feature, which automatically loads the specified config (maybe from a public git repo or web server). Since I don't really know Rust I'm not sure how complicated this would be, but if there would be a chance that such a feature could be merged upstream, I might give it a try and create a PR.

A similar idea would be a (cmd-before-load ) and (cmd-before-reload ) feature.
In case of a pure --config-url feature we should think about fallback and timeout scenarios.

I think this feature is ok. For merging into main let's put it behind a compilation feature flag and also behind an additional --danger CLI command flag. This type of feature should be made very obvious that it's a risk.
