Methodology update: Jorrit suggested that Authors can be used with Nomer in order to find where multiple Accepted SNs are possible. Look into using this, would also be an interesting to compile how many possible name designations are possible without author being specified (how many of these are actually accepted names?)
Nomer 0.3.0 allievates issues where the inclusion of authorship in scientificName designation matters for resolution.
Considerations
If the Name is associated with an author, it will map only to the name that matches that author (no fuzzy matching)
If the Name does not have an associated author, it will map to the catalogue as usual, meaning if there are multiple mappings then it will match both.
What this means for my work...
Creating the distinct name list with authorship to run through nomer > Run Through Nomer > Retrieve Corrected Mappings
possible issues...There isn't fuzzy matching for incorrect authorship, meaning that if a name OR author is misspelled we will recieve no resolution. Possibly meaning that we either need to retrieve all these names that failed and rerun in nomer w/out authors or use wfo R tool to fuzzy match.
