Date-type inputs on worker interactions should allow date & time

See linked ticket for details, but the gist is that the date selector on a date-type text input in a worker interaction will only input a date, and will overwrite the time if present.

The jQueryUI component has no support for this, and it doesn't look easy to add.

We could switch to https://github.com/flatpickr/flatpickr or handle it with a worker interaction and a new await:calendar: element.
