New release

Would it be possible to make a new release from master including e.g. #61 ?
The last release is from 2 years ago.

While I'm here, I wonder, are there plans to update to a newer Unicode version?
According to

jcodings/src/org/jcodings/Config.java

Line 65 in 4eb6216

final String UNICODE_VERSION_STRING = "13.0.0";

JCodings is at 13.0.0.
CRuby 3.2 and 3.3 are at 15.0.0.
FWIW there are CRuby tickets to update to 15.1 & 16.0 but not done yet.

I don't consider the unicode update to be particularly critical but if you want it you could submit an update PR. We could release without it but it would be nice to wait.

From #61 (comment), could you make a release with current master?
That would avoid having to patch around #61 manually in Truffle and as a side effect also fix that bug for (the next release of) JRuby.

Regarding the Unicode update, there is no quick need for it in Truffle/TruffleRuby either, I just wanted to ask if there are known plans.
