ADS-B Receiver Project v2.8.6 ✈️

ACARS Added

This release introduces the ability to install ACARSDEC along with ACARSSERV in order to receive and retain ACARS data over the air. A basic ACARS message page has been added to the existing portal as well. This release was rushed out the door sooner than anticipated due to an issue found during testing having to do with the check_package function and logging. Logging apt output from check_packages has been disabled until a proper fix can be put in place.

This is a re-release of v 2.8.6 which includes fixes submitted by @RensHijdra after the initial release was made available yesterday.
