Sybil as a secondary export option

Dear Developers,

I am a Windows user and currently unable to use Cobrar. Additionally, Gapseq exports Level 3 Version 2 SBML files, which are not supported by SybilSBML. While I understand that the future lies with Cobrar and its derivatives, there is a need for a practical solution at present. Could you please inform me of any way to export Gapseq models to Sybil format?
