JavaDB & Java Cleanup

We need Java DB up as soon as possible. I'd recommend grabbing the Timestamp, Altitude, Speed, and Rule of Flight from the AC_ID.

You must also clean the query based on given info.

You want Rule of Flight still passed to the python? If so we may have to rethink the JSON format we agreed on.

Databasing has been completed. Eric just has to finish cleaning the data and I have to implement the json conversion

We are not going to pass Rule of Flight to python

I implemented it so that you can do the ruleClassification with or without rule of flight. I'd like to try it with rule of flight though if possible. We did talk about this beforehand a bit.
