Include OTel collector in the recipe steps

Problem

All recipes we have currently are exporting to a OTel collector, but running the collector is not part of the recipe file and never displayed in the website.

With this, users only have the app running, but are "lost" on how to run the collector.

Solution

Instructions on how to run the collector SHOULD also be part of each recipe's recipefile.json. For this, we need the following steps concluded:

• Research how to define a collector "step" in the recipe file #195
• Implement finds from the research #199
• Modify all recipe files to define their collector step #197
• Adapt website to display collector steps #198
