Giteviews - easy access to git / git gui in Eviews

Install: use Eviews' Add-ins option (see below) or by selecting giteviews on
http://www.eviews.com/Addins/addins.shtml

Use

This is an Eviews add-in that allows the user to type git commands on an eviews workfile / command line. It also runs git gui from the repo on the current path. See the documentation for more information and the slides below for a short introduction.

Other ways to installing giteviews

• Git users: clone the repo to your local machine & run ./installers/giteviews.aipz
• Non-Git users: click the "view raw" link at: .../giteviews.aipz
• Click yes to all the buttons - giteviews add-in is now installed!
• Open up the docs in your add-in manager to see documentation
