No parse matrix with first order PWM with scoring

Hello,

When using the example for the First order PWM in scoring, I got an error as if it could not parse the matrix. I specified that it was scoring with the -S option. Here is the execution command: moods-dna.py -S moods/resource/matrix/matrix_test.adm -s moods/resource/genome/chr15.fasta -p 0.01.
