Create chat server/room

Hi liquid-dsp team,

First of all, thank you for this awesome library!

I think it would be a nice idea to create a chat room/server (on Matrix or Discord, for example) for the community to discuss, share ideas, and get support in real-time.

Of course, filing bugs and issues would still be done here on GitHub. This chat room would serve as an additional platform to enhance community engagement and provide a space for more dynamic interactions.

Examples of similar initiatives include:

• RTIC
• Rust's Embassy
