What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start SFMQTGUI.exe
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like to see the application open instead I see the error message "The 
application has failed to start because MSVCP71.dll was not found"


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using Openshapefactory pre alpha v000.008.  I am using Win XP SP2


Please provide any additional information below.
