Source Code for the BMI Mapping Tutorial using KSQL, User Defined Functions and the Confluent Platform

In bioinformatics cleaning and re-coding survey data can be time consuming and repetitive. As new survey data comes in, the same transformations have to be run again and again on new batches. Using the Confluent Platform, KSQL and User Defined Functions we can stream survey results in real time, run common data transformations, and have continually updated result sets ready to analyze!
