Find & Replace not working?

Hi. Idk if I've been doing this wrong or what but I'm trying to replace every Int Tag that is "DataVersion: 3839" with "DataVersion: 3700" in my region folder.
what I did was to select the region folder.
then add these values:

Search Rules:
Int Tag Rule> Tag Name: "DataVersion"
Equals
Tag Value: "3839"

Replacement Tags:
Int Tag> Tag Name: "DataVersion"
Value: "3700"

Delete matched tags before applying replacements. = On

But after pressing "Replace All", all I get is these three dots and "end of results".

This is literally what I was coming to check, even the same versions, 1.20.6 to 1.20.4 haha so I can confirm this issue.
