This pull request includes changes to the Advanced and MyModels components in the web/screens/Settings directory to improve layout and alignment. The most important changes include adjustments to the flexbox properties to ensure consistent alignment and layout behavior across different screen sizes.

Layout and alignment improvements:

• web/screens/Settings/Advanced/index.tsx: Changed the flex direction from flex-col to flex-row for the Experimental section to ensure consistent layout.
• web/screens/Settings/Advanced/index.tsx: Added a flex-shrink-0 class to the experimental switch container to prevent it from shrinking.
• web/screens/Settings/Advanced/index.tsx: Adjusted the alignment of the Proxy Settings Link section to ensure consistent layout.
• web/screens/Settings/MyModels/index.tsx: Changed the flex direction from flex-col to flex-row for the My Models section to improve alignment.
