Finally, I've figured out code-sign certificate issue and made Windows-ready application.
So, now Samplescope can be used on macOS 10+ and Windows 10+.
Also, I made a number of design changes. Like new app toolbar to match general app style, App Details section and updated app icon to match new Big Sur macOS general style.

All Changes:

• ⚒     Config proper Windows build and distribution
• 🈯️     Setup default OS native fonts (remove custom fonts)
• 🗺     Add proper App menu
• 🎨     Set custom app titlebar (to fit the syle)
• ℹ️     Style About App screen
• 👁     Update Privacy information
• 🟪     Updated icon to much Big Sur
• 🐞     Multiply bug fixes
