Create a digital "Picket-line" on the active page if it's one of the regexes? #1143

The thought behind this is that a notification is good but an actual "line" is better. Potentially similar to the way this plugin works: https://github.com/theWallProject/theWallAddon. I had started looking into creating something similar to the notifier you created and stumbled onto this as well.

Thanks for sharing this idea! The Picket Line Notifier browser extension was originally created to provide context and information to users about active labor actions, not necessarily to prevent users from interacting with websites and profiles associated with organizations who are facing those labor actions. That said, it's almost certainly true that, in most cases, most users of this browser extension aren't looking to interact with these websites. Maybe we could provide users the option to black out pages entirely? That way users get to choose their own experience.
