Minor updates for litd v0.14.0

Description

Based on user feedback of the v3.1.0 release, these are some small improvements.

• change the asset/sats ratio to 1:1 to reduce errors when sending small amounts
• remove the litcliln alias that was automatically added in the Terminal becaue it is no longer necessary in litd v0.14
