Code of Conduct for Santa Claus Factory 🎅🎁

We believe in creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all contributors, collaborators, and users of the Santa Claus Factory project. By participating in this project, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines.

1. Respectful Communication

  • Treat others with kindness and respect, both in your interactions with contributors and in any discussions or code reviews.

  • Encourage constructive feedback and remain open to learning from others.

  • If you notice something that could be improved, offer helpful suggestions in a positive and respectful manner.
  • Follow project guidelines and documentation when contributing to the codebase.

3. Inclusivity

  • We welcome contributors from all backgrounds, regardless of their race, gender, nationality, age, sexual orientation, or disability.
  • We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, or exclusion.
  • Be respectful of diverse perspectives and understand that everyone brings something valuable to the project.

4. Harassment and Abuse

  • Harassment or abusive behavior, whether physical, verbal, or emotional, will not be tolerated.
  • We expect all participants to avoid offensive or harmful language, including, but not limited to, jokes or comments about race, gender, religion, sexuality, or disabilities.

5. Constructive Criticism

6. Accountability

  • Everyone is responsible for maintaining a positive, productive environment. If you witness any violations of this Code of Conduct, please report them immediately to the project maintainers.
  • Violation of this code may result in being banned from the repository, project discussions, or other actions deemed necessary by the project maintainers.

7. Focus on Project Goals

  • Remember that we are all here to collaborate and contribute to the success of the Santa Claus Factory project and to make it better for everyone.
  • Keep your focus on the project’s goals and contribute positively to its development.
