Search DBA & Inventree User for DB Migration

Hello,
We are currently using Inventree 0.13.5 with a sqlite3 database.
The latter no longer meets our needs and we'd like to migrate the database to PostgreSQL.
So I'm looking for a DBA coupled with someone who knows Inventree who can help us with this migration.
If you know anyone who knows anyone, I'd love to hear from you.

Hello.
Our server is a Debian bullseye/sid.
It is a bare metal installation.
The sqlite3 file is not very big (20M).
We have 10 users who are using Inventree every day and this number will be growth to 30 in the next 6 months.
There is no external provider to connect on Inventree.

Indeed, I'm looking for someone to help me migrate from sqlite3 to postgres.
I'll also take the opportunity to restart with server from scratch (probably in docker mode).
I don't know whether to migrate the database first before reinstalling the server or vice versa.
