Creation date in sales order report

Hi, everyone...how's it going?
Is it possible to retrieve the creation date of a sales order from the report template?
Currently, I can only display the current date using {{ date }}, but not the creation date (on a side note, I can't figure out why using {{ date }} gives the current date, but using {% format_date date %}, as in the {% block bottom_left %}, shows the date of the previous day).
Having the creation date visible when printing the report would be very useful to me.

Yes, using {% format_date order.creation_date %}

but using {% format_date date %}, as in the {% block bottom_left %}, shows the date of the previous day

Likely a timezone issue - either the timezone of the server is set incorrectly? format_date defaults to using the server timezone
