Build Notes and Instruction Suggestions - 1000MM X-Carve

The following is a list of notes, comments, suggestions from my build of a 1000MM unit this week. Overall we had a successful build, about 10 hours total inclusive of unpacking, unwrapping, and checking all of the parts to the BOMs. The following are nitpicks of what we had from the build.

X-Carriage Build -
The Motor bolts are hard to install with the idler wheels in place. Could the steps be reversed to install the motor first?

Text says to use a 3mm Allen key for the motors, "Use a 3mm allen key to secure the motor in place using the threaded holes on the carriage.". Should be a 4mm Allen Key.

Z Axis Limit / Home Switch -
The 3 mm nylok nut is on the small side for most box end wrench sets. Pliers do work - but could this bolt and nut combination be increased in diameter / size to fit using standard sets?

Attach Side Plates -
The photos are unclear on the exact position / location of the plastic bracket. Text could add that the two bolts that attach the plate to the bottom holes in the gantry rail should be in both holes in the plastic bracket.

Belting -
The BOM shows 12 ea. of 25283-33 M5X8 BHCS required, the the actual build only needs 6 units and only 6 units supplied in the kit. We spent almost 10 minutes looking for the 6 missing cap screws.

Drag Chain -
The placement location of the drag chain mount is left as a judgement call. There should be a measurement, or an image that shows the general placement better. We had to adjust location after the drag chain with cables installed because of binding.
The instructions doe not identify the exact screw length to use to mount drag chain to carriage (12mm is correct.)

X-Controler
None of the hardware is marked as the main unit. The instructions is spotty on which hardware to use.
The instructions skips the mechanical installation of the fan itself (Hardware, guard on outside, etc.)
