The belt tensioner tabs should have the bottom hole moved away from the vertical tab by about 2 mm. This will allow for easier access to both screws. 30mm screws at all 6 ends would be great too.
The sideboard instructions get muddy, using terms like "aluminum extrusion" is not the most helpful when you're staring at a dozen aluminum extrusions. Having pieces labeled with small stickers would be ideal (think ikea).
Sending along a 5mm driver bit would be cool too. Everyone has a drill, not everyone has the bit to save hours screwing in inserts to the wasteboard.
