Support export / import of interoperability business partners

Business Partners currently don't have any source control integration, or a simple way to export/import through the System Management Portal.

The suggested way to move business partners between environments is to export/import the data globals from the Globals Viewer in the SMP.

We could possibly make this easier by adding an option to the Source Control Menu that will export business partners to the Git repo. We would have to add some special import logic or define a new abstract studio document for it.
