CSP pages not tracked properly

CSP Files are not being tracked properly in Embedded Git. Specifically, new csp files are added (Though they cut off the first letter of the file when storing it). And edits to CSP files are not tracked and recognized by Embedded Git.

Example output from a new CSP file:

exporting new version of /csp/healthshare/etamarch/services/testagain.csp to /data/db/mgr/repo/ETAMARCH/csp/testdb/estagain.csp
/data/db/mgr/repo/ETAMARCH/csp/testdb/estagain.csp removed from uncommitted list
