Influxdb 1.8: Can the X-Influxdb-Version header be disabled

I want to disable influxdb from sending the X-Influxdb-Version header. Is it possible to disable this? I couldn't find any settings/configurations about this. Although influxdb is in an internal network, it is a datasource in Grafana which is publically visible.
Basically, I see this header (from grafana calls) when it is configured and called through Grafana (which makes it known to in external traffic), and this needs to be prevented.
