Pre-report checks
Describe the bug
We deployed the Precision Trackpad drivers to the users Windows device, and the Apple Trackpad 2 worked perfectly.
The user then connected the Trackpad to their personal Mac, and used it on there.
They then tried to reconnect the Trackpad to their original Windows device, and the trackpad won't work anymore.
They say the device briefly appears in the Bluetooth settings as connected, then it disappears.
User claims to have "unpaired" the Trackpad from the Mac.
Might not be a bug with the drivers itself, could be the pairing mechanism, or something else.
We have uninstalled the drivers, and reinstalled them, and this has not worked.
