Allow integration with third party FOSS apps

As the developer of a FOSS workout app, I would love to integrate with Loop Habit Tracker by:

• Allowing users to set a workout habit for themselves
• Automatically checking off a habit item when they complete a workout via the app

There's Tasker integration mentioned in #6, but 1) the wiki link is now defunct (though available via web archive), and 2) Tasker is not FOSS, so FOSS fans are out of luck.

If there are standardized intents that devs can use, it'd be great if those were officially documented.
