Rename / change the implementation of 'dark theme'

Maybe it's just me, but figuring out how to set the app to have an automatic light/dark theme was not so obvious. With only 2 settings available (dark theme ☐ and use amoled ☐), it took some time + trial and error to understand that the app automatically switches theme, if the dark theme ☑ wasnt checked, and, that this setting forces dark theme.

Here would be my suggestion:

• rename the 'dark theme ☐' setting to 'force dark theme ☐'
• Remove the 'dark theme ☐' toggle in the 3 dot menu + Add a toggle setting in the settings (above the amoled option) to select between light/auto/dark theme.
