Version 2.0

Numerous updates! Included are the ability to use gzipped files as input or directories containing multiple raw data files. Also is the ability to generate a Hybrid (ONT/Illumina) or Illumina-Only assembly de Novo or using a Reference Sequence. Merqury does seem to be broken in analysis currently, but will be fixed in the planned 'report update'. The shell script is updated to reflect all needs as well.
