Multi window support

Our current menu layout in the desktop apps suggest that "New Window" should create a new window, independent of any other window. Currently, we only have one window in place.

We should look into adding multiple window support to the desktop apps.

• Renaming "New Window": Will most likely get a rejection issue with the Mac App Store since all apps need to have a "New Window" option.
