ci(github): fix type exports in cactus-example-cbdc-bridging-frontend

1. Removed examples/cactus-example-cbdc-bridging-frontend-*.tgz in ignore
paths in get-all-tgz-path.ts file
2. Added main, module, types, and files in package.json
