I'm not sure if this is even possible with the current SignalRGB integration, but having migrated from OpenRGB and its integration, each device was exposed as a separate light entity in HA.
SignalRGB is heavily geared towards effects, and if you just want static colours, the capabilities to do so are somewhat buried in the device config in SignalRGB. Exposing them directly to HA could allow it to be done there instead.

Unfortunately the API doesn't expose individual devices. It would be awesome if you could control enable/disable and brightness state remotely. I'll post a feature request for it!
