Earlier this summer me and @aibakeneko discussed whether or not the data used in the quantitative analysis should have an implicit filter on the source field in the WTI-index. Previously the is_cultural mark has been assumed to filter out non-relevant treaties. Due to discrepancies in the expected number of treaties we decided to add a filter on source, and introducing a new a multi-select widget to avoid misunderstanding. This is also related to #29.
