From Roger Dev:

For charts, I think there are two modes:

Compare multiple Fields within a group
Compare one field across multiple groups.

For mode 1, Group selection should be radio button, and colors represent fields.
For mode 2, your current filter expression is fine. Colors represent groups.

I don’t think there’s a need for multiple fields and multiple groups in the same chart. It’s too messy.
