feat: Session filtering of media server streams widget

Describe the feature you'd like to request

Currently the media streams widget (using Jellyfin integration in my case) will display any connected session.
Some of those sessions don't provide useful information - such as the Homarr session itself, and e.g. Jellyseerr sessions.

It would be great if we could filter those out by using keywords for example. (:
